Bojangles

The ONLY cashier they had was untrained in how to work efficiently, and I stood waiting on her to take the previous customer's order, for over 5 minutes!! She's talking to him, describing what they put in the containers, and how it's arranged, and would enter something on the register, then he'd ask a question and she'd remove the item. Yes, you help the customer, but you'd probably need to ask him to move aside and give him a "tutorial" of ALL the menu items, AFTER you wait on customers that know what they want, how to order it, and regularly patronize the restaurant. Where was the shift manager?! We'll drive to a further location from now on.... because sadly this isn't the first or even the third time it's happened. It's lack of training and it's the norm here at this location. I would've given a 0, but it wasn't an option that was offered.

Very poor service no communication people waiting in line to order for a hour and drive thru is wrapped around the building. Works have bad attitudes due to them having to do more then one thing. Very rude over all!! No customer should be waiting over a hour just to have a order placed and the workers in the back fuss at each other.

This Bojangles store is pretty good. We like their chicken biscuits for breakfast. Fries are good when they're hot and so is the gravy. I've always liked the fact that they serve breakfast all day. Remember as of now dining room is only open til 2:00pm.
