Placing your own order at the table was great, order was right with no confusion. The lazy service that came with it sucks. I was very upset I had to tip prior to service. Our waitress who was tipped well to only came to our table once to bring our drinks. I had to go and retrieve my own silverware and napkins. I tried politely and desperately to get the waitresses attention because I just needed one thing. She thoroughly ignored me it would not make eye contact every time she passed me by. Dave and busters needs to have better management of their wait staff. They were all busy in their own conversations rather than trying to serve customers. My waitress had refill on her drink three or four times and couldn't refill ours once. Food was ok - so much dressing on my salad I only ate a small portion of it.

EDIT: So now 3 weeks since my review and the SAME machines plus more are STILL not working. Keep in mind this has now been TWO MONTHS that multiple games have no been working. SpongeBob coin pusher being one of them. This is more than likely not the fault of the people who run this location, but there comes a point where Corporate needs to step in and get someone out here to either remove and replace the machines or fix them. 9 total games that were down. Over half have been that way for two months. It’s now been 4+ weeks that I have gone to this location and the same games are not working. SpongeBob Coin pusher, and one of the Minions coin pushers. It’s been even longer than that the game with the snow has been down as well. Fix your games. Especially the coin pushers. Those are no doubt the highest played games and you’ve got half of them out of service.

Got here right at opening on Saturday (11 am ). Typical D&B. Lots of games and food and drinks! Clean and all the games were working. So pretty good only ding was I had to wait a little long for my food. And the kids pizza is pretty low quality. My son didn’t know the difference though. Good times and fun here.
