Chili's Grill & Bar

Ordered the chili Queso chicken Natchos, someone want to tell me why I got zero cheese? How do you forget the cheese on nachos!?!? The manager said he would fix it tomorrow, but that doesn’t help with my dinner tonight, I can’t just add cheese and cook them more the chips are already burnt. Although I’m not sure why since the queso and chicken are cooked separate, so not sure why the chips are cooked at all. They also forgot our broccoli and left the sauce off our tacos. So literally not one meal was made correctly. If you get to-go, really really check it before you leave and don’t order through a delivery service because it’s sealed so they can’t check it for you.

This Chili's is very clean and the food was delicious. The service was really good. Our waitress was very attentive. All of our food came out hot and it was perfect. I got the South western egg rolls, chicken crispers, and cheese sticks and got us some fries to share. Don't sleep on the cheese sticks. They are huge and the best I've ever had. I would 100% recommend this restaurant and will go back every time I visit Memphis. Kid-friendliness: This place was not super busy and there was a circus letting out down the road. We waited maybe 5 minutes for a table. Other restaurants that we'd stopped at before this Chili's had an almost 2 hour wait time. There was a security officer walking around inside and out so that made me feel safer.
