Dalie's Smokehouse

Dined in July 28th 2022. Ordered a Full Rack of Ribs and 4 sides of: Mac and Cheese, Beans, Potato Salad, Coleslaw. The Mac and Cheese was the best hands down, Beans were solid, Potato Salad was a bit mustardy and the coleslaw was really nice due to its creaminess. Also got some Banana Pudding for dessert, pretty solid as well. The Mac and Cheese was next level, so addicting I swear they put nicotine in it! Going to go back to buy a quart of it.

It's hard finding good bbq in the St. Louis area especially when you were born and raised in a city that knows good bbq which is Kansas City, MO. Dalies is a gem and so good! Me and a friend were doing a food tour and Daile's was on our list. We ordered the smoked pastrami and smoked wings which came with 2 sides. We got mac & cheese as well as sweet potato fries. Our food was so good! The mac & cheese has a topping that was different and not too bad. The sweet potato fries had the perfect crunch and had a nice seasoning to them. Didn't need any dipping sauce. The pastrami was heaven! The wings didn't need any sauce they were so good but dipping them in the voodoo sauce made them even better. I look forward to coming back!

I ordered a half slab of ribs, hush puppies, Mac n cheese, and added a 1/4lb of pastrami, and the hubs got brisket chili with fries. The only thing that wasn't absolutely fabulous was the fries (too much seasoning) and the hush puppies (not a lot of flavor) but this didn't detract from the overall awesomeness of the meat. So. Good. My new favorite local ribs.
