Arby's

I've always loved Arby's, and the service is generally good, but I'm just disappointed with the lack of protection during this pandemic. Right before the mask mandate began I drove through and noticed the guy making the sandwiches wasn't wearing gloves. Just yesterday I went through and not a single person was wearing masks or wearing gloves. It's not over yet, folks! I will not be back until this virus is over with.

Went through the drive thru, ordered 3 meals and when we started to eat none of the orders were right. Somehow a roast beef combo turned out to be a chicken wrap. So did the brisket combo and then the gyro my wife ordered came out as a chicken slider. Guess they had some chicken they wanted to get rid of.

All the staff were very helpful and attentive! I was traveling so it is refreshing to encounter great customer service anytime but especially when you're on the road. The young lady on the fryer took "special" care of me and made sure my chicken fingers were fresh! I appreciated that! I didn't get her name. She was African American and had a wonderful smile. Great Service!
