The Dalessandro’s Steaks Philly Cheesesteak is truly one of a kind & absolutely delicious!! I went to check out their cheesesteak sandwich after it came highly recommend by a bunch of my friends that are Philly natives or spent some time living in Philly at one point in time. Does it’s reputation precede the taste? Absolutely!! For now, there isn’t any indoor seating available, so weather dependant, you could sit at the tables they have outside - but this would likely be more comfortable when the weather is warmer.
Delicious cheesesteaks that have so much meat compared to other cheesesteak establishments I’ve been to. There is a wait which is about 15-20 minutes which is well worth it. They have outdoor seating if you can’t wait to tear down this yummy sandwich.
Was recommended here by my brother. So we decided to try it out after traversing through Philly for most of the day. The line wasn't too long since it was off hours, but the ordering system was definitely geared towards locals. Fast pace, gotta know what you want, line and system in place. Cheese steaks. We had 4, with and without onions. Mix of cheeses. All were delicious! Best way to put it was, almost no grease and still super flavorable! I get extra cheese at every cheese steak place, I've ever been... and this was the first place I felt that truly had extra cheese. The roll was super fluffy and thick. The amount of meat in the roll was also plentiful. Overall, fantastic cheese steaks. Price. Super reasonable! I got 2 burgers, 4 cheese steaks, 3 waters, 2 bags of chips, and a beer. $80. Can't beat that.
