Wendy's

Last night around 11pm/midnight I went and got food. My food looked like displayed items. My nuggets were hard, my burger was dry and fries tasted old. I don't have money to waste and it's unfair to receive old food because workers are being lazy. Idk who manages at late shift but they need to do better

If you are thinking about going late night, any time after 10pm just avoid it at all costs. My Experience: Cold Soggy Fries, out of Spicy Nuggets, Out of Vanilla and Chocolate Frosties —- Only strawberry available. But who wants strawberry? Cold cheesburger deluxe. The Honey Mustard tastes like glue. If you don’t believe me, give it a try. Tastes just like Elmers. The only item that was good and hot was the Spicy Chicken sandwich. Keep that guy on the team. Terrible experience all around. The new fries suck too, they’ve had decades to figure out the fries, and sauces, still an abysmal failure. Not sure if it’s this location in Roxborough, or all Wendy’s locations. I literally haven‘t been in years, until tonight, and prob never going back. Dave Thomas is rolling over in his grave as I type. I wonder if anyone on the quality control/brand awareness team reads these comments. Do you guys read this ? Does anyone care?

Everytime it never fails I ordered the samething the last 3 times and all 3 times was either wrong sandwich or it had a females hair in it. This is the lasttime I ever eat there. It cracks me up how they show you on the prompt screen and ur receipt exactly what you order but they still get it wrong and the service is horrible I would give 0 stars if I could.
