Trout was great. We were visiting from Ohio and stayed in the house next door. There were always people dining there.
This place is most definitely just like home, for better and for worse. While I loved the atmosphere and the staff were really attentive and sweet, the food was amazingly bland. Again, it was a lot like making something at home with limited seasonings. The breads and cakes though were pretty good and so was the coffee, so that's what I suggest going there for.
This is a place that managed to be cozy and classy at the same time. The food is excellent, the prices are reasonable and the staff is attentive and friendly. My favorite item on the menu is their artichoke soup. Unique and so yummy! Parking: There are meters in front, but there are also a number of free parking spots behind the building.
