An incredible dining experience, my wife and I visited for our anniversary and each got the 4 course meal. Everything was phenomenal and the portions were good as well. Service was great- our waitress even ensured that our desserts came out with "happy anniversary" on them! I recommend dining in for any special occasions or just a fancy night out!
I've been to IV twice now when visiting Colorado Springs. It did not disappoint either time. The four course menu is filled with dishes that are unique and full of flavor.
