Dairy Queen

We waited in the drive thru for over 30 mins. while 4 high school-aged employees sat in the dining room. Another was just walking around. One girl was running the drive thru: taking orders and making them. Each of the 3 cars in front of us had 2-4 ice cream items (4 were just cones).No food. It was ridiculous!!!

Terrible service. Went in because drive thru was closed off. Ordered & waited, & waited, & waited. So after 4 groups(4+ per group) of consumers order & get their food as I silently wait, manager walks by, ignores me, by this time more people come in. Finally I just walked out. I dont even care about about the $ i just spent, hopefully it fed someone else. It's the principle of it really. I will never return to this DQ in Mckinney ever again. Felt like being in the trashy "hood" of south Dallas all over again. Absolutely terrible & absurd. This is as polite & honest as one can possibly put it. The wait at whataburger is way more worth it cause this place needs a serious make over from top to bottom, staff & all.

Blizzard was tasty as usual! The fries I received wasn't up to par so I asked for fresh fries (nicely). I was told to park on side to wait for more fries to be made, after waiting I received the same fries I just ordered. The shift lead brought the order asking what I didn't like about the 1st order, and still gave me same fries. #NORESPECT
