They leave delivery food out to get cold behind the register. Then they ignore you when you are under their "mobile pickup" sign. I would never order from this restaurant again. Also, the cashier was RUDE. edit: the Dairy Queen team told me to follow their link and submit a complaint. It has been a month and I have not heard back from them.
Was dying for some ice cream but this place was packed with folks when we first drove by. But after driving 15 mins away from it, we finally drove back to this location and was kinda surprised at how fast the line was actually moving. We waited for about 10-15 mins before we ordered and then another 10 mins before getting our order. We asked for dine in even though they bagged our order to go (suspicious!). It was worthwhile and delicious!! I made a mobile order which was ready about 10 mins after we were done with our order. Service was kinda meh ???? as it felt a little uncomfortable interacting with the staff.
So they leave delivery food out to get cold! I would never order from this restaurant. It looks clean but if they leave the food out nobody knows what they are hiding in back.
