Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Grayson

I'm not sure what has happened to customer service, but it seems to be a dying breed in a lot of these fast food joints. I ordered 2 kids meal and a chicken sandwich. They gave me exactly 3 napkins total, which one of the ones I had to use to wipe the dripping blizzard they gave me. My chicken sandwich was really tough, like they tried to use an old piece, and throw it back in the grease to resale. Also, there oil is old and burnt. How do I know? The little piece of the sandwich that I tried to eat, tasted like burnt oil. This is my last visit to this location. I'm done!

Came in with a huge order for my extended family. Brooke and London were kind professional and made it an amazing experience. They got the order our quickly and made sure all was correct b4 I drove off. Loved this. Will be back for sure.

Stopped by with my family after an exhausting and hot day, and wanted a quick bite and some ice cream. I walk in and say hello to a Middle Eastern gentleman standing by the door who appeared to be a manager or owner of the place. He did not even acknowledge me or say anything, just stared at me as I walked by. Oh well, maybe he didn't hear me or something...I don't know. Kids and wife ordered chicken tender baskets with fries, and I got a burger and fries. My burger was decent, but the fries and chicken were obviously old and had been sitting out for a while as they were cold and dried out. Reminded me of my old middle school lunches, just terrible. My kids' sliced bread/toast looked like it was smashed with a mallet and pitiful. I didn't say anything due to the lack of interaction with the gentlemen I referenced earlier, and because we were all tired and just wanted to get home to relax. We didn't even get ice cream after all of that...
