I went in to order a dozen of Donuts and the lady pointing me to use the machine and after I ordered I didn't receive a receipt and when I asked about it the worker replied the machine never gives receipt and she even said she didn't make the machine and its not up to her. And after a while another worker came up and asked me to make a choice for the Donuts and I told her I was already made my choice on the machine but she never cares about my answer and kept repeating her questions "what choice do you want?" She didn't show respect. At that moment I don't want to escalet the issue and I have to make the choices again. Before at this place I use to pay and make my choices right there and get my receipt print out and things were easy but today my experience is bad, hope next time would be better.

Was told to use the kiosk for card payment orders. Kiosk doesn’t allow specific orders. Example: I wanted 10 munchkins-glazed. Kiosk only offered assorted ones. I left and went to the one by BR on 78. They take cash or card at register. And PLEASE clean the kiosk screen. Disinfect it. That screen is dirty and unsanitary!

Why is it every time I go in to pay with Debit, they tell me to go to the kiosk????? They only take cash at the register? Like WHY DON'T THEY TAKE DEBIT AT THE REGISTER????? THIS is the 2nd time, and I am soooooooo Done going here! You have totally Lost my business! If I have to self serve myself, then I should get Paid! Like No one cares to work for anyone nowadays!!!! This business needs a professional manager Retrain the Employees! There are young girls working there and all they do is joke around and have No professional training! Plus everytime, it always smells like something is burned. Someone Please check on this place!
