Had a screaming baby in the car while being in the drive thru and my kids yelling at me what they want and BRAD was so so kind and didn’t ask me to repeat anything! he was so amazing and it was just so refreshing to have someone be kind when you really needed it and not annoy by the chaos. If you go here just know brad will take care of you
I was going to give 4 stars because it was a bit chaotic, but the staff was great managing the huge lines. There were a few issues but it seemed as something the franchise owner has to fix. I'll have to return for a different blizzard! Addictive!!!
The drive through is a nightmare due to not being able to accommodate any sort of line. cars have to line up in the right turn lane on the highway and cars are flying past you if you're waiting in line past 3 cars ahead. dine in is closed. Sign said due to lack of staff. I would only go back if dine in was open. Disappointed.
