What happened to Dairy Queen? We bought a Dairy Queen signature Fudge & Crunch ice cream cake yesterday. My whole family is very disappointed! As you can see from the pictures, the first one is from their website. The second and third one are from the cake we bought. The inner crunchy part which is hollow and takes half the volume of the cake, is filled with loosen Oreo crumbs and has no fudge. The bottom part barely has an ice cream layer. We bought a cake back in October, it was hollow then, we thought it was just our bad luck. But apparently, our luck runs out from DQ forever. We always loved DQ’s ice cream cake; unfortunately, the quality is getting so poor. That’s really a shame!

9 months later today, they no longer have the hazelnut milkshake and I ain't going here unless they revive it!

My daughter and I drove to Dunham's in Brookfield( 35 to 45 minutes from our house) since west bend isn't open yet. But she wanted dairy queen I figured instead of driving to Menomonee falls or waiting till we get to Kewaskum. On the way home I figured we just go to the one in Brookfield since we were there. The guy that run us up was nice but he wrong our food or wrong I don't know if he's trying to save us money or whatever but he rung it all wrong he wrong her three-piece chicken shed basket as a meal which we didn't want fries. We just wanted the chicken strips and ice cream so then they said oh the girls that were there said oh vanilla crunches from like we don't want vanilla with crunches we just want medium vanilla cone.the girls gave us a small vanilla cone. So he rung up a small Sundae. And then I wanted whipped cream on my hot fudge shake because he asked and they didn't put it on there. Kid-friendliness: They are very kind friendly restaurants.
