Same issue as Sam M. Was overcharged at the bar and made multiple phone calls to the bar to resolve. Was promised a callback but have heard nothing. Either a scam going on or they just don't care. Either way, check your bank accounts...

We made Christmas Eve reservations via Opentable. Got seated at 7pm, no problem. Wait staff was professional and very helpful. The food is well prepared and very good. Everything was to our liking! Pros: great selection, not loud, seating is very comfortable. Cons: they need a big sign outside so people know there is a very good restaurant inside!

Worst Service Ever. I was staying at the RENAISSANCE after the Bengals vs Raiders game, so it was predictably busy. However, prior to the game the bartender informed us they would be serving food until 11pm. I came back after the game, and was able to sit at a table near the bar. Apparently that one table was not eligible for table service, while every other table there was? Nobody actually said that, but nobody came to our table in the 1-1.5 hours that I was there. I was, however, able to get one drink while waiting at the bar for over 20 minutes during that time frame. I went back to get a second drink, and after waiting another 20 minutes a different table came open. I saw waiters serving that table before the customers left, so I moved over to it after giving up on the bar service without a second drink. The table hadn't been cleaned yet, and nobody actually came to clean it. After about another 10 minutes a waiter went to the table behind me. The customer tried to order
