Cut & Bourbon

Pros: Great restaurant. The customer service was superb and the food is delicious. Cons: Menu online and in restaurant differ. Location - I wouldn’t recommend making a reservation while a baseball/football is scheduled. The traffic is horrible but thankfully you are able to valet and receive a complimentary 2-hour if dining. Overall, I would recommend.

While looking at the menu, my first thought was getting chicken, however, I saw the Smoked Brisket with peaches pizza and decided i needed to try it. I also ordered the Artisan Bread as an appetizer. Though the bread was very good, it kept me from finishing off the pizza...lol. My waiter was Serapio and did an outstanding job of taking care of me. There were other members that would top off my water and check on me as well. I recommend this place because of the friendly staff and great food.

I stayed at the Live! by Loews hotel for a conference and decided to dine at Cut and Bourbon in the bottom floor. The atmosphere and ambiance give it the high end feel. The execution was where the failure occurred. Two of my coworkers joined me and we all three ordered steaks, differing degrees of doneness. There were about five occupied tables from my viewpoint. I watched as our food was delivered to another table and the servers went back to the kitchen area. After about a minute the patrons at the table flagged them down to let them know that it was not their order. I watched as the servers removed the food from their table and walked it back to the counter before delivering it to us. In normal times this would be not acceptable in my book, but especially with the covid precautions going on I would think this wouldn't happen. The person that delivered my food to me was not the person we ordered with and I asked about my steak and she shrugged her shoulders and walked off.
