Culver's

Very cautious and quick to take your order but it took longer than expected to get our order. Their gluten-free bun was very good; warm and did not crumble as many other gluten-free buns. While their fries ate gluten-free they are made in the same fryer as other foods that contain gluten, as I was told by the cook. If they could have a dedicated fries fryer, that would be great. But the mashed potatoes no gravy was a good alternative. Before leaving, one of their employees handed me an allergen menu for future reference.

Im going to be honest here.. I live in Philadelphia and this is my 2nd time eating at Culvers. The first time, I had a butter burger meal with a drink and fries and a side of cheese curds. It was good but I thought it was lacking in flavor. I then figured I would give them another chance today on March 23, 2023.. I got a Crispy chicken sandwhich meal with a sprite and chili cheese fries and a side of onion rings along with the new Reeses Concrete Mixers.. Once again It was ehh !!! The chili cheese fries was bland and had no flavor (which is hard to believe because chili cheese fries are usually packed with flavor).. The Chicken Sandwich was Dry. I then took the buns off to just try the chicken itself and it had no flavor at all (Every other fast food joint has better chicken sandwiches) The only good thing I can say we had was the Onions Rings. The Concrete Mixer itself was average. But even with that, there are other places who do them way better. Nothing impressive.. With all honesty

My family and I always love culver's but its not only about us it's about our dogs loving it too. recently Culver's has changed their pup cup ice cream to just simple whipped cream, yes to the dogs it's just a treat but we loved them for the quality of care they took to make the original pup cup available. sad to see it go. food is always great but wait time has seemed to also get longer we waited a bit over 40 minutes to get our order in and get the food.
