Culver's

Met my parents here for dinner. In addition to the AC not working properly on a hot day, my mom slipped and fell because the floors were extremely wet. Thank you to the two customers who helped her get up (the employees didn't show any concern). They also forgot my dad's mashed potatoes. I'm glad the manager was apologetic and nice when I explained what happened later, but it was a very poor experience overall.

10/10 service. Travis and the ladies in front were super kind and quick. They definitely are underpaid and over worked for the amount of effort they put in each shift. The food is always excellent but what really made this experience amazing was the professional and courteous demeanor that each staff member showed. If any of you are reading this I thank you for your time and applause your devotion for that bag. Good job and good luck!

Although the burgers are good as always, I always find myself wishing they were a bit bigger, more like 5 Guys. I suppose they'd then attract a 5G price as well. But otherwise it good as usual.
