Culver's

At 4:28 PM on a Sunday I placed an online order for curbside pickup with a pickup time of 4:45 PM. I checked in when I arrived at 4:46 PM. At approximately 4:55 I went into the store to see if I could just grab my order. I was told by a soft spoken employee working the register that they were, "slammed" and that "Sundays are really busy." She repeated this to every customer that walked up to the register or called the store. I left the store without food at approximately 5:15 PM. Thirty minutes after the food was supposed to be ready. We are fortunate enough to be able to afford takeout as a treat. In order to make a takeout dinner work with a two year old we stick to a schedule which doesn't factor in 30 wasted minutes + travel time with nothing to show for it. What I saw while in the store was a lot of hard working kids. No one looked above 20. No one was managing these kids and they were visibly overwhelmed.
