First time. Is 20 minutes the usual for a dine in meal? Edit: I would give 0 stars if I could. Went to the front and asked how long my order would be and the front of house kid asked the back of house how long it would be and he was told not to be rushing them. Then the kid said I had been waiting for 20 minutes to which the back of the house replied "I DONT CARE". I asked for a refund and left.
This location is OUTSTANDING!! The staff is great and Manager Michelle exudes pure leadership. It’s almost like a symphony in there. Even when new staff is hired and in training, they seem to all gel together to make a great customer experience. Thank You Menomonee Falls!
Food was awesome, however the staff acted like a bunch of high school kids. Waited in line for almost 10 minutes for a refill until I realized it was easier to go to another restaurant and get a new soda then refill my existing. Very disappointing since they are normally better than any other restaurant out there and taking care of their patrons
