The short, overweight, Hispanic male with glasses and no car lol (see him walking to work all the time, didn’t catch his name so that’s the best way I can describe him ????‍♀️) is incredibly rude and makes me feel extremely uncomfortable whenever I go in. Constantly staring at me and muttering things to coworkers for whatever reason after he sees I’m there, today when I tried to say “how’s it going” while waiting to get my order taken he looks me straight in the face and walks right past me almost shaking his head. The rudest thing I’ve ever seen. Then refused to take my order while I stood there for almost 5 mins with no one else in line, he just refused to take my order. I went there all the time for ice cream so much so that I had a VIP discount. But after what happened today I won’t be going back. Would definitely talk to your employees about their conduct. I will be calling management in the morning about it. This one’s for you
