I’ve dined here a few times, and out of all the Culvers I’ve been to, this one is exceptionally clean and has quick service. I’ve been served by a cashier named ‘Izack’ both times, and he is very kind and patient.
You can't go wrong with Culver's. Custard is always good, food is fresh and consistent from one store to the next. Most important for this old school guy is the staff is always well trained, courteous and genuinely friendly. The Wisconsin Culver's are the best.
I received my order at least I thought but my burgers tasted weird and the onion rings were burnt and I order a family size but only put like 10. Also the service wasn’t great, walked right in and heard them laughing and saying rude things also giving weird looks. They only reason I was staying calm was because the manager or supervisor came by and offered to remake the onion rings also add a free custard. (Need better staffing or training )
