Slowest Culver’s service I’ve ever had. Drive through was packed so I went inside. Waited almost 30 minutes from ordering to get my food. Burger was slightly warm with cold bacon and no mustard that I asked for. Cheese curds were cold to the touch. Why did you make me wait so long for cold food? I would’ve rather gone to McDonald’s tonight. 0/5 for customer service and food quality. Will be telling people to avoid this location! I was not the only one upset and can say that management needs to get their team straightened out.
I'm trying to keep things nice but having a difficult time. Came into here tired and hungry. Got the pot roast sandwich and a tea. Just wanted to relax. For the 3 rd time in several months....NO ICE. If you had told me ahead of time, I would not have ordered ICE tea. I asked them if management approves them to buy ice in this situation.....? They looked at me clueless and said: " their ice machine was broke. '" Okay...... question still stands. Not too long ago I got their vanilla custard and asked for bananas to be added. I got rock hard bananas. I went back up and girl showed me solid green bananas. She says : " this is all we got." My pot sandwich was plain and dry. I went back to the counter to ask if any sauces were available for their pot roast sandwich. Once again....blank stares. I mentioned horseradish and was told: " oh yeah....we got that ! " Is a little common sense too much to ask when hiring ??
