The food was good, I had a veggie burger and Wisconsin Cheese Curds. The staff was friendly during my short visit. I would return!

You need to change your slow food service to faster. Look at Chic FIL A, for n example. It took over 30 minutes to order and receive my food for one person. Car were tired of waiting and pulled away. This happens every time I go to Culves.

Service is so bad they should just close. I sat in line at the drive thru for 46 minutes waiting on 1 small vanilla concrete mixer, and 1 Pup cup. I had my dog with me, so walking inside wasn’t an option. While after almost 40 minutes, I called inside to see what was going on, whoever answered the phone told me that they had to freeze the custard, or something along those lines. At this point I’m certainly mad, mad that they held me hostage in their line for this long with absolutely no communication. So 48 minutes later I get a refund and a coupon. I will absolutely under no circumstances go to this Culver’s again. What started out as a fun journey and a treat with my dog, turned into a S&#t show and me feeling angry.
