The chicken tenders look like fish sticks and had a few chewy parts that tasted inedible, but otherwise the onion rings were tasty, very good honey mustard sauce, and would rate the chicken tenders themselves as 3/5. I would come back to this location.
Literally the worst CULVERS ive ever visited. We walk in the door and the cashiers just stood there with noo kind of customer service. Didnt speak one word and We had to ask them if they were ready for us to order. No type of communication what so ever. Then my “peanut butter” was liquid on top of my custard.
I cannot make this up. I ordered a concrete (maraschino cherries & cheesecake pieces). When I get my concrete, there's literally no cherries. When I take it back in to have it redone, they literally put 1 cherry in there? Are you serious!! You guys need to retrain your staff at this location. I understand there are alot of high school kids working there, but they need to understand customer service. My order was not correct in any way and instead of attempting to make it right, you try to be sarcastic and give me only 1 cherry. I will not order from here for awhile since you're staff is not capable of completing an order accurately
