Culver's

I ordered via drive thru. Mushroom Swiss burger was all I ordered. No sticker for my mirror to ensure accuracy. They asked my name. Getting my order home I received a spicy chicken sandwich. I have colitis, so no spicy for me today even though I would love to. I called, but it states immediately that “this mailbox is not currently accepting messages, because the voicemail box has not been set up yet.” I didn’t go back, just threw it in the trash because I couldn’t eat it. My fault for not checking the bag before pulling away.

Do not go to this location very unorganized and apparently unsanitary. I went through the drive through to get my food. I was told to pull up but was not given a number. I sat for a while and notice the car behind me received food before me. I watched the guy go through the bag I guess that’s how he realized he had the wrong order. I went inside to see what was going on they tried to hand me the food the guy went through instead of remaking my order. When I asked for the order to get remade they took the fried out of my bag and put it on the rack. I guess they planned to still give it to another customer. This was the worse Culver’s experience I’ve ever had.

I have a gluten and dairy allergy, so I love coming to Culver’s for their gluten-free bun. This location is the worst one I’ve ever been to. I ordered a butter burger and it came with just meat and the bun. And dry as hell
