This is by far the worst Applebee's! It's never busy, but for some reason it takes forever to get service. This last time we just walked out. We waited 15 minutes and 3 servers walked right by us and didn't even acknowledge us. Get it together!
I always call ahead and get my food to-go. The staff always gets my order right, it’s ready quickly, and they include my extra ranch and anything else I ask them for. Great customer service
In the throws of hurricane Ian, the minimal staff was in their last hour before closing, they worked so hard to get everyone taken care of the best that they could, and they were amazing!! There were a people that complained about a wait, but - Applebee's was the ONLY restaurant still open, so they should have been happy to get fed. I certainly was and I got there at 6pm! It was not quite the 36th wedding anniversary dinner I was planning, but we hit it on our way to evacuate, and it was good. The Blondie was fantastic!! Thank you to all the staff who worked Tuesday evening 9/27. A special shout out to the bartender, he was rocking it with all the people coming in, and those complaining about the wait.
