Cross Grain Brewhouse

We travel through Richmond Airport regularly on our way to and from trans-Atlantic flights. We always visit Cross Grain and find the wait staff here unfailingly pleasant, polite and helpful. In addition to the always fresh, tasty food it makes that part of our journey a real pleasure! Thank you all at Cross Grain RIC. Our waiter today was Kayla - she was great! Friendly, welcoming and efficient! ????????????????

Ordered the fried fish filets They were not good at all The texture was elastic and felt these were frozen for too long, the taste was very fishy strong Everything else was good The service was great

Avoid the place at all costs, slow service, bad attitude , employees on their cell phone in the back. 45 minutes for fish and chips? People who ordered after me got their food way before me with the correct order. Eat before you get to the airport as this airport has very few food service selections. funny gets to me in the fish isn't cooked in the middle and I ordered french fries and they brought chips instead. They need to get a new manager and a new kitchen staff.
