We have been to this location many times and have had a variety of experiences. This was, by far, the best visit we have had. Our server, Jim, was attentive and thorough. Managers came by our table twice to ask if everything was OK. The food was the best I have ever had here. We will always go back, but this was a great meal in every way.
One of the best Cracker Barrels I have been too. Food was great. Service was over the top as well.
My family was traveling all day and wanted a good meal to eat for dinner at our hotel. We ordered curbside and 40 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready, we went inside to check on our order only to find that our food was just sitting there. Got back to the hotel to find we were missing a salad, didn’t get any butter requested for biscuits and cornbread, food wasn't even warm. Tried calling the store to talk to a manager and sat on hold for no one to answer. Poor customer service - we won’t be coming back to this location.
