Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I order for pickup through GrubHub. Worst mistake of my life. When arrival, customer service was definitely not NOT acceptable. Food was cold, and you could tell it was sitting there for 20+ minutes. Mind you, I arrived 15 minutes before the app said my food was ready. My father's apple crumble had corn in it. CORN in a sweet apple side. That is not acceptable.

The Wife and I ate there this morning. The service was very slow. The waitress was very slow and she only checked on us once when we got our food. Dropped our bill off but never returned to see if we needed a box. Had to ask another waiter and you would have thought it was gonna kill him when I asked for a box. Took them over 10 min to get us a box so we could leave. Was not happy about the service. When to check out. Couldn't use a gift card on the app so had to use the register. The cashier asked how everything was. I told her the service was slow. She said they were busy. Which they were not. I explained to her that their were over 10 tables empty and I've had better service when the place was packed. I got no response to that. She then asked how the food was. Thought it was good I had no problem with the food good as usual. But come on guys the service sucked. Features: Some staff wore masks still and they cleaned the tables good

The service is excellent. We were seated immediately, our order was taken and we were served quickly. Courtney, our waitress, was the perfect server (polite, prompt, and thoughtful). I enjoyed the rainbow trout and my husband had the country fried steak. This place was busy on a Friday evening, but they had no trouble serving the customers. I recommend this restaurant.
