Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The food at this Fairburn, Georgia Cracker Barrel was horrifically terrible. The food was not hot when it came out and burnt. We ordered French toast that was too dark and tasted like grill grease. I ordered eggs and it tasted like grill grease. The bacon, sausage and ham were all burnt and looked like it had been reheated by deep frying. I thought the manager would want to see how bad his employee was cooking for paying customers only to find out that he himself was on the line cooking. The manager never came to our table as requested. The server was very nice but they need to be trained on not delivering food that’s not up to par. It’s not the servers fault so we tipped her nicely and left the way we arrived. HUNGRY!!!

Do NOT eat at this Cracker Barrel! It has been the worst experience any of us expericened here. We were seated promptly which surprised us. However, we had to wait 20 minutes after we ordered for our drinks to come out. It took over an hour for our actual food to come out. However, when the food did come out it was absolutely horrible. The pancakes were very doughy on the inside and had specks of griddle grease all over the top making the grease all you can taste. I ordered the strawberry pancakes and it came with no syrup. It was supposed to have whipped cream and strawberries on the pancakes. No whipped cream and some stiff, warm strawberries on the side. I wasn't even able to finish one of the pancakes. My sister ordered the country fried steak and the gravy and meat were very cold. My fathers eggs came out nearly raw and incredibly runny. He ordered old timers country breakfast which is supposed to come with biscuits and gravy. It did not come with any biscuits and gravy. He had to

Very poor service, server just looked at us until we ordered. I ordered the shrimp dinner with a side of fried okra and broccoli, I will post a pic of what I got. Didn't bring out our biscuits until we were done eating, had to ask for honey multiple times along with refills. The ppl to our left were sat before us and ordered before us and never got their food so they left. The ppl to our right had to ask multiple times for drinks as well.
