Long lines for no reason. Bartsias don’t know what they are doing. 200 of my stars were stolen without my permission to redeem and I still paid for my meal out of pocket.. this location needs to get it together. I need my points back..
Didn't have salt for salted caramel white mocha. They should have made it the same way, minus the salt. Instead they added caramel drizzle and charged. $.60 more. They provided a refund, which was appreciated. Parking: Adequate
I have tried my best to avoid writing a review. And tried to keep giving this location a chance but the jokes on me. It is actually hurtful the way my drinks have been handed to me on several occasions. When you pay upwards of six dollars for a drink you expect care to be taken in the preparation. At least fill it to the top and give me a secure top!!!
