Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I have never been this disappointed with the service or quality of treatment from Cracker Barrel as I am today; We waited an hour after being seated with still no food; brought it up to the manager, she said it’s only been 50 minutes I have you here; I said I could understand if that was everyone waiting to get their food that long but we’ve been seated longer than a lot of these people and they’ve gotten their food, ate and are leaving… She had no care for upset customers; my food came out eventually (8 minutes later) my pancakes and hash browns were cold; I’m completely dissatisfied today; never thought I’d say that about Cracker Barrel…

We actually had a really good time at cracker barrel. I was a little nervous at first because our waitress was very short with us and she just kind of threw everything on the table like literally threw it on the table like tossed it. But she ended up being very nice. She did forget our biscuits and we didn't remember until the end of our meal but when we mentioned it she brought them out in it to go box so it was fine. I probably couldn't eaten one more bit anyhow at that point lol. Overall good place to go with the family. Great gift shop tons of old candy and old soda bottles. Little on the pricey side but still very pretty.

First, the 5 stars are for Our waiter Cameron. He was outstanding. He gave each of us his undivided attention while taking our orders. And was very attractive. Even with multiple large tables. The Father's day wait was extremely long especially for some out of town visitors like us. Also, we were given two different times that our tables would be available. An hour and 20 minutes and 45 minutes. But over all, we had a great time.
