Cowboy Jack's

This place should have top notch servers, the staff here are lacking so much and missed out on a decent tip too!! The girls in here run around looking clueless and unprofessional. A friend and I went here on a Friday in October and it was not too busy. We saw about 4 different servers walk by us and ignore us as we looked right at them. I had to walk up to a waitress sitting down rolling silverware to help find our server. It took another 10 minutes for a girl not serving our table to come and bring us menus. Another 15 minutes passed and a server came over and asked what we wanted to drink. I ordered a sprite but ended up with club soda. The server kept apologizing yet took a lot of time to refill drinks and check on us. I am disappointed at the service here. The pull tab lady was busier than all the servers and you could tell she was on top of her stuff. The other girls wandered around looking very confused and unorganized. Do better Cowboy Jacks!!

Food: The menu has some confusing parts to it. Service: Seating ourselves is not a good model for a restaurant. Service will never come, and you are stuck waiting forever for a server to even come by. (It was a Monday. Felt bad for the bartender and waitress they were the only ones working.) Atmosphere: The atmosphere is like any place with a bar and games in the back. Glasses spill a lot in this establishment. Be prepared to get wet.

The calamari was over fried to the point of just being hard pieces of breading but it wasn't the worst thing I've ever had I'm sure they had an off day it happens! The service was a bit slow so I'm sure things were just going poorly for them that night. The pork belly was good I loved the Sriracha bourbon sauce if you go try it on anything you won't be disappointed! The cheese curds were good and my friend liked her sandwhich but my other friends chipw were stale with her queso. Overall I'm just calling it a bad night for them and hoping they all made the best of it!
