Bru House Coffee Shop & Drive Thru

I like this coffee shop. It’s perfect for the area. I’d give 5/5 stars, but they seem to have an issue with their drive-thru situation. I went two days in a row and both times waited 30 minutes to get the breakfast sandwich I ordered. When you go through the drive-thru and order food, they ask you to pull up to the front to receive it. They either aren’t calling the front store in time to get your sandwich ready or the store isn’t keeping an eye on those orders. They need to improve this situation. I would’ve just ordered in person. Staff more people or simply don’t take food orders at the drive-thru. Good thing I wasn’t needing to be anywhere like work because a 30 minute drive-thru wait is ridiculous. I’ll keep coming to this coffee shop, but not the drive-thru.

I have been going to the Bru House for 8 years and I am so grateful for the local option. Their customer service is always kind and inclusive of my kids and dog (in drive through). I LOVE the breakfast options too. Thank you Bru!!

Local coffee spot with amazing breakfast options and tasty beans. The americano is spot on and their cold press is so smooth! Prices beat out caribou and Starbucks. My new place to grab a coffee and support a local, long standing mom and pop shop. Appreciate the excellent service too!
