The food here is amazing! I loved the sandwich the Laredo. The chicken taste fresh and their strawberry lemonade is a must! The sides are delicious and a great portion. It is one side per entree. I will be coming back!
Wanted to like it more, but not in my taste for seasoning. Had chicken quarters, green beans and Mac and cheese. Chicken was juicy and well seasoned, but oversalted. Green beans were cooked well but so much salt! Mac tasted like kraft cheese slices, I thought it would taste more like real cheese...
Aug 2021. Back to use loyalty club coupon and because we had other errands to take care of in area. Popular with the post-church crowd with friends and family. Great meal again. We don't get to Cowboy Chicken that often as one closest to home was closed. Too bad. OooRah! They are open for limited dine in during virus crises (2020), just a few tables. We don't eat at this location often but closest one to home is now closed. Food was great and we got plenty of leftovers. BTW: we found a shaded parking spot on the south side of building but don't tell anyone.
