Great bar. Food is always delicious and prepared with care. Definitely recommend
I’m upset I haven’t gotten around to trying the food here and it’s right down the street from my house until today. The food was amazing. I saw a lot of comments about the service and the wait but I didn’t deal with any of that due to the fact that I order my food online in advance and picked it up on a Monday. I placed my order, waited about 25 minutes to pick it up and it was ready to go. It was hot and fresh. I’m sure it’s different in-person on the weekend when they are busier. I got the oxtail plate with Mac and cabbage. I also got a side order of jerk chicken. I was impressed with the portion sizes and the flavor. For the price I paid it was definitely fair for the amount of food I received. Everything was flavorful and tender. I will definitely be coming back.
I ordered my food online and picked it up in 20 minutes or so. Everything was amazingly flavorful. Oxtail fell off the bone. Stew chicken was amazing. Peas and rice flavored well and moist. Ordered a sampler plate as well and everything was spot on. Portion size and freshness made it well worth the price. Will definitely add this to my list of go to spots. GREAT FOOD!
