Couvant at The Eliza Jane Hotel

We booked a private room for my sister's wedding and enjoyed a breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, they ran out of bacon very quickly and never replaced it when they ran out. They were nice enough to offer us a $100 gift card to make up for this, and when we went in to redeem it, they were out of grits. It seems there is a problem with keeping enough food on hand. Food is delicious when they have it.

The food was good but the overall experience was absolutely terrible that I never want to go back. The two hosts seemed so stressed for a restaurant that looked to be 1/4 full. After we got seated 20 min after our resy time, it took another 15 min to be greeted. We ordered coffees that took literally 45 min. The server did keep checking on them and saying sorry. We were halfway through our breakfast by the time they arrived. All and all, the three of us were there for 2 hours for a simple breakfast that should have taken an hour or less. After we finished eating, it took another 25 min until we were finally able to get the bill. So much time waiting around and wondering where all of the people that worked there were.

Stopped in for brunch- super fun vibe and amazing staff and food!!! It is decadence weekend so drag themed. My BF doesn't eat red meat and the brunch was mainly sausage and they went out of the way to make him chicken. Adrienne and Renee are fantastic!
