Smoothie King

Never took my order as a walk in. They seem to prioritize online orders. Finally one of the workers told us that they had too many online orders to take any walk in orders after 20 minutes of waiting. I will make the trek over to Jamba Juice from now on.

Had to go back to get my smoothie made again because it was very watered down then it was watered down again the second time. I didn't even go back because it took so long and I don't think it would have been correct the 3rd time around. Funny thing, my husband's was just fine so I'm unsure what caused it but I will just go to another one. Never had this issue before and I was looking forward to my smoothie so I'm super disappointed. I bought it an hour and half ago and my cup is still almost full. Only sipping because it's super hot and I'm thirsty.

The smoothies were great, the service not so much. A "hello" or "thank you" to your paying customers goes a long way. It would be understandable if they were understaffed, but I was the only customer in the store and there were three workers. The time I visited the Stockbridge location, the smoothies were yummy and the staff was friendly and why I returned. I guess best to stick to that location.
