Outstanding customer service! Carlo made ordering a blast!! Talking about hilarious!!! He handled the crowd with ease! Had the spicy chicken, fries, onion rings, and an Oreo shake. My sister had the peach shake????????????Not sure the guy who made the shakes, but awesome job! This was truly a nice late night snack! First visit but next time I am in town, first stop!

The food was descent for fast food however, the customer service was very lack luster and somewhat offensive. I was trying to ask the drive thru attendant about the various shakes, being that this was my first time visiting this establishment and I was very unfamiliar with the menu. The young man guy got very smart mouthed as if he was unconcerned about my question though he just spent 10-15 mins patiently accommodating a white guy. They did not even give me a bag for my food or say thank you or anything, yet the same drive thru attendant said thank you and gave the Caucasian man in front of me great service and a bag for his food. Is this the norm at this cook out location?

This place was clean and efficient. The food was great and the service was very friendly and it was constantly being cleaned. I would eat here again. The manger, James Elliott, was very kind and respectful and made are eating here enjoyable.
