Cook Out

The food is consistently delicious. For the food 5 stars. But the attitudes?!?!? 0 stars if I could. Every time we go, the cashier has an attitude about us wanting our order done correctly. Literally a young man rolled his eyes at me for wanting my cookout sauce that they forgot to put in the bag. And I am NEVER nasty or mean to food service workers. If you don’t mind less than pleasant attitudes, it’s still delicious.

Thanks for making up my wrong tray that I got yesterday me and my man go to cook out alot! He loves their milkshakes! And they're open super late and we're night owl! Thank you Cook out staff y'all the best!

Had to make a drive thru order, bc this company still has yet to reopen it's doors since COVID-19. The girl that was taking orders was apparently ringing up customers the way she wanted to. When we got up to the pickup window she handed me the 2 drinks I ordered and they were in large cups not HUGE ones. So I said something to her about it and she said that a large comes with it not a huge 1. I tried to tell her that a hugh sweet tea always comes with the same order that I get every time I eat from 1 of these places! She just closed the window, as if she didn't hear me, I was already upset about other things, so I just let it go. Once she gave me my order, I made sure that she got that right and it was, thankfully! Hamburger patty was way way over cooked! It was so small and hard as a rock! The other 2 items I got were chicken quesadillas. The 1st one was great, but the 2nd was well over cooked! The chicken inside was hard as heck and even some of the cheese on the outside was burnt! O
