Chipotle Mexican Grill

This Chipotle has gone way down hill. We used to order regularly, but for the last several months, they are constantly offering a terrible experience. They are also constantly out of key components. Today, we made an online order and when my husband picked it up, they gave it to him without saying a word. We had ordered 2 sides of guacamole, and since they were out, they just didn't put them in the bag. No one bothered to inform us or offer a refund. If we would like our $5 back that we paid for the guac, we have to call corporate. They also left several items off of our bowls, the soda machine had no ice, and the Mr. Pibb had no syrup. Total bust. I think we're done with this place.

This location used to be the best but within the last year or so it has gotten worse and worse. I will drive a little out of my way to go to the Garners Ferry location because it is truly that much better in all regards. Well, this evening I reluctantly came to this location because I was at the publix close by. I thought, maybe today will be the day…. LOL. They had two people working, the restaurant was a mess, hand sanitizer dispenser out (per usual) and to top it off the rice in my bowl may as well have been Rice Krispies cereal because it was so crunchy! I have refrained from writing a review for months but it’s absurd how far down hill this location has gone. Previous experiences here also included: very rude staff, dirty restaurant, consistently being out of chips, meat, queso and supplies. For instance, this evening, my bowl was covered with regular ole tin foil. I have even reached out to chipotle on the app expressing my concern for this location but it doesn’t seem to have he

Rudest customer service today. I go literally every other day and the 2 people up front at 7:20 were so rude when all i asked for was cheese on my bowl? Like seriously, Tried to be incredibly polite and understanding (i work food industry, i get it) and it was just a terrible experience. Go to another chipotle, the vista one is 10 min away and worth the drive
