Confluence

Oh my God, what an experience! I would put Confluence up against any professional restaurant. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Add to the fact that the bar manager is very knowledgeable and keeps a very nice selection of spirits and you have yourself the night out of a lifetime. Trust me, if you want that truly awesome experience, get the 7 course Chef's tasting menu. You will not be disappointed!

Great food and great service. Much more than was expected from the location in Carefree, Arizona but well worth. The husband and wife chef duo source high quality local ingredients for delicious, creative dishes. We had the corn chowder, veal, and guinea hen, followed by caramel risotto, all of which were excellent. The drinks were fantastic too.

I used to go to this restaurant when I wanted a fine meal, but certain aspects keep me away now. We always got the same waitress, an older gal, and she was very friendly. Too friendly...she was hang out at our table and talk endlessly. I couldn't have a quiet conversation with the person I was eating with. Secondly, it just seems like their prices go up and up, more so than other establishments. I no longer want to spend $150 for two people and listen to Chatty Cathy during the whole meal.
