Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers

I came in and the place was super busy and loud, but as to be expected on a big sports day. I was told my wait would be close to 40 minutes but I was seated in 10! I was highly impressed by that. The waitress that helped me was friendly and attentive and got our food out in a timely manner. The food is where I was less impressed. The fries were really yummy but my burger came out a bit overdone and dry. I prefer my burgers on the rarer side so I was a bit disappointed by this. Despite this I did eat it and it was pretty tasty. I’d recommend letting your waitress know how you like your burgers cooked to avoid this. I’ve visited this restaurant in the past and had very pleasant experiences so I would still recommend it! :)

My wife and I came here for the first time and of course we had to have beer and cheeseburgers. The beer was nice and cold and poured perfectly for both of us. The burgers were large, perfectly cooked (medium) for both of us and I upgraded to tots and my wife upgraded to the sweet potato tots. The Hangover burger was great and filling with grilled onions and an egg on top. The Bacon Bleu was even larger, and a bit messier too, but that’s part of the experience.

Went for lunch. Nice atmosphere, good food, 80s/90s music. The waitresses will be appreciated by men of a certain age. They had a nice selection of artisan type food and a bunch of different beers to choose from. I left my credit card by accident and they saved it for me. I would certainly recommend Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers to everyone.
