Place is close to my apartment, and my wife goes almost daily. She gets the same thing every time. It’s incredibly expensive for what you get. Well today, they messed up my wife’s order and used peanut butter instead of what she ordered. Given her allergy to to peanuts, she asked them to remake it. Not a big deal but for the price and allergen purposes you want it to be correct. My wife asked for them to remake it, and the blonde staff member screamed at my wife in front of the whole (thankfully almost empty) restaurant and said next time they won’t remake it, it doesn’t matter, etc etc. outrageous. My wife politely mentioned they did it wrong and they had such an attitude and berated her for quietly asking for the order to be made correctly. We will now not come back, and for what? Because your staff has no customer service skills? This is how business suffers. The two girls in charge at the counter are adorable and the food is excellent, feels like eating at home. In addition, pricing is super reasonable compared to Brickell standards. Actually, since I discovered this gem, it has become my main lunch spot for almost every single day!
