Caña Restaurant and Lounge

Located at the Hyatt Brickell in Miami, it was convenient for us to just pop in for breakfast. My breakfast was the Americano and it was good. I also had a mimosa. While the restaurant was nice, clean and bright and the food was good, I wish I could say the same about the service :( It was about a 3 hr ordeal. We had to chase our server for orders as she barely came by. Orders were wrong. We asked for 3 separate bills and they were wrong twice and that alone took 45 min to fix. Im hoping it was just a bad morning due to being short staffed etc. Will try again tomorrow and give it another chance

Me and my boyfriend wanted to take a little vacation and we stayed at the Hyatt Centric Brickell for a couple of nights and let me tell you… the hotel was amazing, it is perfectly Locatel in the heart of brickell so you can literally walk everywhere, everything is clean and beautiful, staff is super nice! But the biggest highlight of our stay was cañas restaurant! We had breakfast the two mornings we were here for and I can’t explain how AMAZING their pancakes are. They are PERFECTION! Best taste, best texture, best size. Literally the best pancakes I ever had in my life!!! My boyfriend and I tried them the first morning and we could not wait for breakfast the next day just so we can have them again! We went to the popular and fancy restaurants in Miami and honestly NOTHING had us like caña did! Amazing service and hotel! I’m not even the one to leave reviews but this one deserves one!

Nice gem of a restaurant tucked into a hotel. I was surprised to the upside in terms of how delicious the food was and how great the overall vibe is, with beautiful spacious interior. Big fan of the porch deck seating, great way to enjoy food outside in the lovely Miami weather. Ive now been here for 3 meals- dinner (pollo asado), power lunch (Masas de Puerco) and breakfast (classic eggs and bacon, cafe con leche). Caña really is a great option for folks who live here in Brickell.
