Cilantro Thai & Sushi Restaurant

This was our first time here. We had just ridden 10 miles on it towpath trail in Cuyahoga Valley National Park on an 85° day and we looked like it. We were just looking for a new Asian place to eat at and found this place. We had no idea what kind of place it was because we couldn't tell from the facade outside. I wish we didn't look the way we did, but it was what it was; we were hungry and it smelled delicious. This is a very nice, chill, swanky place. We went on July 2nd of 2022, so not only was it 4th of July weekend but there were are also protests going on downtown, so it wasn't very crowded at all. We sat at the bar. The bartender was super nice and excellent at his job and at being attentive to us. We ordered pork gyoza, Singapore noodles, and chicken in garlic, along with three sushi rolls. Everything I've had at Cilantro has been terrific. I particularly enjoyed the massaman curry and eggplant basil. These are dishes I've had at many places but Cilantro made them as well as I've ever had them. The sauces with the satay were also terrific. That's what has really stood out to me so far in my visits to Cilantro. I'm a sauce guy and their sauces are superb. I also really like the ambiance at Cilantro!

Love this Thai restaurant! I’ve had their food multiple times, both dining in and taking out, and it’s been delicious each time! If you like a classic Pad Thai, that dish is awesome. The portions are a great size for the prices. I’m not a big sushi fan but my friends say it’s very good. Our server was incredibly accommodating and helpful in answering questions and getting us anything we needed so quickly. The atmosphere is pretty casual but I would say it’s great for a nice dinner to celebrate something. I will definitely be returning here!
