Cicis Pizza

Pizza was not hot. Neither was pasta or sauces. Salad was ok till I noticed a very brown and squishy piece of lettuce in my plate. Dessert was the only thing that was ok. $50 for four of us to eat. The strange looking employees and customers made me feel like I was eating pizza in WalMart. This was my first time to CiCis and it will be my last .

The last time i was at this Cici’s years ago there was a piece of steel wool in my chicken noodle soup so i was very reluctant to come back to this Cici’s until today. I can say that whoever is managing this Cici’s has completely turned around the stigma that is eating at a Cici’s. Every other Cici’s I have been to have been dirty and you could 100% tell that the staff did not enjoy working there. This Cici’s was so impressive and will now be the only Cici’s my family and i will ever go to ! Someone promote the managers of this Cici’s ! Them and their whole team were non stop working, while still being engaging to every customer walking in and out.

The young blonde lady working in the front has a major attitude. I was having trouble putting my card into the payment terminal because the opening is facing towards them, not me, and I couldn't see it correctly. And she rolls her eyes, gives me a big sigh, and pulls the card out of my hand. This is not the only time either. The people behind me also saw this, and I'm surprised she still has a job! The cheesy bread didn't have enough cheese & the pizza tasted bland. This is the last time I'll be eating here.
