Church's Texas Chicken

Don't think you will be allowed to dine in. Doors locked two workers nobody in the parking lot or in drive-thru. Got a female to open the door I told her was hungry and just wanted to eat. Sorry, short handed, can't let you in she said. I walked next door to Braums and was treated better. I will never go back to Churches Chicken. Sorry Management. They finally put up a sign as I was leaving Up date 7/8/2022. Business closed looks like a major remodel work. Interior gutted lights out...

If I could do less than 1 start I would. We were told that it would be a 30 minute wait. When we finally received our chicken, soon as the bag came through the window we could smell the old grease. Pros: 1. Received free drinks for our wait 2. Staff very friendly and nice 3. Plenty of parking outside 4. Interior is pretty clean 5. Front staff seems to really hustle in their work Cons: 1. After long wait for food the order was NOT accurate to order 2. Wait time for food was over 20 minutes due to tenders not being ready and other foods 3. The area to order inside is small and cramped 4. The order board is not behind the counter like most places. It's to the side which is odd placement 5. The sit in area / lobby has small chairs and tables like for children not adults Summary: There are other chains that will get orders correct, have orders out timely, and have a better experience for guests overall.
